铜质管材及管件中镍的石墨炉原子吸收光谱测定法

摘要 目的建立一种实用有效的铜质管材及管件中镍元素测定的痕量分析法。方法应用石墨炉原子吸收光谱测定法,探讨适合的样品处理方法、仪器工作条件、升温程序等参数以及基体改进剂的合理选用方式。结果镍的浓度在0~60ng/ml的范围内呈良好线性关系,标准曲线的相关系数为0.9990,方法的检出限为2.5 ng/ml,RSD%(n=6)≤6.55%,回收率为94.6%~103.4%。结论该法操作简便,灵敏度和准确度满足此类样品测定要求,应用于铜管材和管件中镍元素的分析,是一种灵敏、准确、实用的方法。 [Objective]To establish a practical and effective method for determination of trace nickel in copper pipes and fittings.[Methods]Graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry was applied.The sample treatment,working conditions,heating schedule and other parameters were explored as well as the rational choice of matrix modifier.[Results]The concentration of barium showed a good linearity in the range of 0~60 ng/ml.The correlation coefficient was 0.9990.The detection limit was 2.5 ng/ml,RSD%(n=6) ≤ 6.55%.The range of recovery rate was 94.6% ~ 103.4%.[Conclusion]This method is simple,with satisfactory sensitivity and accuracy for the determination of such samples.When applied to the analysis of nickel,this method is sensitive,accurate and practical.
