北京市怀柔区健康人群甲型H1N1流感抗体水平分析 被引量:4

Analysis on Antibody Levels of Influenza A (H1N1) among Healthy Population in Huairou District of Beijing

摘要 目的分析和评价北京市怀柔区健康人群甲型H1N1流感抗体水平,为甲型H1N1流感的防控提供科学依据。方法采用血凝抑制试验方法对200名健康人群进行抗体监测。结果 109人抗体检测阳性,阳性率为54.5%。抗体滴度最低1∶10,最高1∶1280,平均滴度为1∶39。年龄分布中,19岁以下人群抗体阳性率最高,为85.94%。职业分布中学生抗体阳性率最高,为90.00%。结论 19岁以下人群抗体水平高于其他年龄组人群,学生抗体水平高于其他职业人群,主要因为这部分人群集中在人口密集的学校,一些传染病尤其是呼吸道传染病容易引起传播。 [Objective]To analyze and evaluate the antibody level of influenza A(H1N1) among healthy population in Huairou district of Beijing,provide scientific basis for prevention and control of Influenza A(H1N1).[Methods]Antibody was detected in 200 healthy people by hemagglutination inhibition test.[Results]The positive antibody was found in 109 people,and the positive rate was 54.5%.The lowest and highest antibody titer was 1 ∶10 and 1 ∶1280 respectively,and the average antibody titer was1 ∶39.Among different age groups,the antibody positive rate of people under 19 years old(85.94%) was the highest.The occupation distribution showed that middle school students had the highest antibody positive rate,which reached 90.00%.[Conclusion]The results showed that the antibody level of people under 19 years old was higher than that of other age groups,and the antibody level of students was higher than that of people with other occupations.The reason was theses people were concentrated in densely populated schools where some infectious diseases,especially respiratory infectious diseases easily spread.
