天津市红桥区中小学预防意外伤害行为干预效果评价

Evaluation of Intervention Effect of Accidental Injury Prevention among Primary and Secondary Schools in Hongqiao District of Tianjin City

摘要 目的了解红桥区中小学意外伤害防治知识水平和行为干预健康教育模式需求,为倡导科学预防提供学生意外伤害应急避险提供相关依据和指导。方法采用自行设计的问卷对中、小学生各200人共400人就预防意外伤害行为干预前后知识知晓率和行为依从率进行问卷调查。结果干预前后学生预防意外伤害知识知晓率提高21.8%,其中小学生提高31.7%,中学生提高9.3%;行为依从率提高22.9%,其中小学生提高26.1%,中学生提高19.6%。结论红桥区中小学生科学预防意外伤害知识水平和行为方式经过科学持续地行为干预能够得到有效提高,小学生提高水平高于中学生,提示对学生的行为干预应越早越好。因此,应尽早大力开展以预防学生意外伤害为目的的多元化的健康教育工作。 [Objective]To understand the knowledge level of accidental injury prevention and the model requirements of health education about behavioral intervention,and provide related evidence and guidance for advocating scientific prevention and supplying emergency shelter against accidental injury.[Methods]Self-designed questionnaire was adopted to investigate 200 primary school students and 200 secondary school students for knowledge awareness and behavior compliance rate before and after accidental injury behavior intervention.[Results]After intervention,the awareness of accidental injury prevention knowledge among students raised by 21.8%,among which that of primary and secondary school students raised by 31.7% and 9.3% respectively;the behavior compliance rate increased by 22.9%,26.1% of primary school students,19.6% of secondary school students.[Conclusion]The knowledge level and behavioral model of scientific prevention of accidental injury among primary and secondary school students in Hongqiao District increased significantly after scientific and continuous intervention.The level of primary school students is higher than that of secondary school students suggests that the intervention should be carried out as soon as possible.Therefore,it is necessary to implement a wide range of health education for the purpose of student accident prevention.
