健康教育路径在血管外科住院患者中的应用

Application of Health Education Path on Inpatients in Department of Vascular Surgery

目的探讨健康教育路径在血管外科住院患者中应用的可行性和效果。方法选择2008年1—6月承德医学院附属医院住院患者100例作为研究对象,实验组和对照组各50例。实验组按制定的健康教育路径表实施护理,对照组采用常规的护理方法。结果实验组患者住院费用、住院天数明显低于对照组(P<0.01),健康知识掌握率明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论血管外科住院患者应用健康教育路径,可有效减少住院费用、缩短住院天数,提高了患者满意度及健康知识知晓率。

[Objective]To explore the feasibility and effect of application of health education path on inpatients in department of vascular surgery.[Methods]100 inpatients in Affiliated Hospital of Chengde Medical University from January to June 2008 were collected as research objects,and inpatients were divided into the experimental group and the control group with50 cases in each group.The experimental group received nursing according the health education path,and the control group was given the routine nursing.[Results]The hospitalization expenses and hospitalization days of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group significantly（P0.01）,and the awareness rate of health knowledge of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group significantly（P0.01）.[Conclusion]The application of health education path in on inpatients in department of vascular surgery can effectively reduce hospitalization costs and shorten the hospitalization days,and improve the satisfaction and awareness rate of health knowledge in patients.
