探讨了配合物(联苯乙酮缩氨基硫脲合钴[Ⅱ])参入培养基中对酵母的生物学效应.结果发现,随着培养基中配合物浓度增高,酵母菌的菌落数、细胞的直径、细胞内多种内含物(核酸、蛋白质。
This article discussed the biological effects of complex ( Acetylbiphenyl thiosemicarbazone with cobalt ) in medium on Saccharomyces cereviseae . It is found that the colony number, the diameters of cell, varied internal material (nucleic acid, protein, soluable sugar and so on) of yeast decreased at different levels with increasing of complex concentration in medium.
