平阳县农机购置补贴政策的成效、问题和对策

Study on Actuality and Problems with Measure of Policy of Subsidizing the Purchase of Agricultural Machinery

为促进平阳县农业机械化又好又快发展,本文概述了平阳县近年来农机购置补贴资金投入和取得成效,并对当前平阳县实施农机购置补贴工作中存在的问题进行了分析。在此基础上,结合平阳县农业生产实际,提出了完善平阳县农机购置补贴实践的措施和建议。

In order to promoting the development of agricultural mechanization well and rapidly in Pingyang County, input of capital in purchase of agricultural machinery and effect obtained were illustrated respectively, then the problems currently existing in purchase of agricultural machinery were analyzed. Finally, according to the trend and requirement of agriculture production in Pingyang County, some measures improving the result of purchase of agricultural machinery were presented and discussed.
