摘要
本文主要论述了智能仪表的输出控制模块——电流输出模块的设计分析,给出了PWM方式和DA芯片转换方式两种不同的设计方案。先对PWM方式作了理论分析,并设计出了两种满足工业要求的电流输出控制电路,该电路特点是廉价、简单并且具有很好的可控性能。其次利用DA芯片转换方式进行电路设计,利用具有I2C总线接口的芯片,从而改善了与单片机的接口电路,使其更加简单,在此基础上设计了具有良好可调性的工业级的控制电路。
This paper mainly discussed the module output of the intelligent instrumentation - - the design and analysis of the current output module, had given two kind of different design proposals including the PWM way and the DA chip transformation way. Had first made the theoretical analysis to the PWM way, and designed two kinds to the current output control circuit that can satisfy the request of the industry. This circuit characteristic was inexpensive, simple and the very good controllable performance. Next carried on the circuit design using the DA chip, using the chip with the I2C connection, thus improved the circuit connection between the MCU and DA chip, makes it to be simpler, Based on that design the industrial level control circuit with the adjustable nature.
