摘要
针对淀粉乳业生产液位控制中的大滞后、模型不确定等特性,设计了模糊免疫PID-Smith预估控制系统。该控制器同时兼顾了模糊免疫PID控制器和Smith预估器的优点,既可以整定参数,又使控制器提前动作,减少超调。Matlab仿真显示,该控制器具有良好的自适应性和鲁棒性,控制效果明显好于免疫PID控制效果。
In order to overcome the large delay and uncertainty of liquid - level control in the starch production line, a control system based on Fuzzy Immune PID - Smith controller is proposed. The control takes the advantages on the parameters adjusting of fuzzy immune PID controller and the advantages on estimation of Smith - predictor in advance with low overshoot~ Simulation results by Matlab shows that the controller is better than fuzzy immune PID controller in respect of control effect with good adaptability and robustness.
