城乡教育一体化是缩小城乡差距、推进城乡一体化的关键环节,也是实现教育公平和城乡教育均衡发展的重要内容。本文在阐述城乡教育一体化的内涵及相关理论的基础上,建构我国城乡教育一体化的指标体系,涵盖城乡教育机会、教育资源配置、教育质量和教育成就一体化的各个方面,以期为科学、准确地评价我国城乡教育一体化现状奠定基础。

The integration of urban and rural education is the key of decreasing the differences in urban and rural and promoting the urban and rural integration. In the basis of expounding the connotation and the theory of integration of urban and rural education, the index system is constructed, including the opportunity of urban and rural education, the deploying of education resource, the integration of education quality and education achievement, in order to evaluate the present situation of integration of urban and rural education accurately.
