文章概括了高校科技成果转化的概念及影响因素,分析高校图书馆在科技成果转化中的优势和劣势,最后提出高校图书馆在加快科技成果转化中的服务策略。
This paper summarizes the concept of transformation of scientific and technological achievements in university and impact factors,analysis the strengths and weaknesses of university libraries in the processes of transformation of scientific and technological achievements.Then,proposes the service strategy of university libraries to speed up this transformation.
