Effects of the Trace Element Ions on Hemolysis of Red Cells Induced by Lower Osmotic Pressure

研究了Cu（Ⅱ）、Zn（Ⅱ）、Co（Ⅱ）、Ni（Ⅱ）、Mg（Ⅱ）、Sr（Ⅱ）等微量元素离子对红细胞低渗诱导溶血的影响．结果表明：Cu（Ⅱ）、Co（Ⅱ）对红细胞溶血具有促进作用，Zn（Ⅱ）、Ni（Ⅱ）、Sr（Ⅱ）具有抑制作用，Mg（Ⅱ）不产生影响．

The effects of the trace elements Cu(Ⅱ), Zn(Ⅱ), Co(Ⅱ),Ni (Ⅱ),Mg(Ⅱ) and Sr(Ⅱ) on hemolysis ofred cells induced by lower osmotic pressure were studied.It has been found that Cu(Ⅱ), Co(Ⅱ)promote the hemolysis,Zn(Ⅱ),Ni (Ⅱ), Sr(Ⅱ) inhibit it, and Mg(Ⅱ) doesn't exhibit influence.
