摘要
对日本碍子株式会社申请日期在1997.1-2007.12、公开日期在1999.1-2009.12年份范围的中国专利信息进行了系统分析,探讨了日本碍子在华运用技术专利化、专利标准化以取得行业垄断地位的策略特点,对其主要IPC区域内的技术构成、发展趋势、申请人进行对比分析,为国内企业应对其技术封锁、专利标准联盟提出对策,并为我国发展陶瓷行业专利战略提供思路。
Patents of NGK in China applied between January 1997 and December 2007 and issued between January 1999 and December 2009 were systematiclly analyzed and the characteristics of the strategies of technology patenting and patent standardization of NGK to gain a monopoly position were discussed. Then the technical components, development trends and applicants for patents of its main IPC region were contrastively analyzed in order to help domestic enterprises to respond to blockades on new techniques and patent standards alliances. And it was also thought to be able to provide some ideas to the development of the patent strategy of chinese ceramic industry.
