分散剂对有机蒙脱土悬浮液分散稳定性的影响 被引量:3

EFFECT OF DIFFERENT DISPERSANTS ON THE DISPERSION STABILITY OF ORGANIC MONTMORILLONITE(OMMT) SUSPENSION

摘要 研究通过重力沉降法、Zeta电位分析法以及粘度分析,研究了二癸基二甲基氯化铵(DDAC)以及不同复配分散剂对有机蒙脱土在水溶液中的分散行为,以及pH值对有机蒙脱土分散稳定性的影响。结果表明:有机蒙脱土悬浮液的分散稳定性随着DDAC浓度的增加呈现先增后减的趋势;不同高分子分散剂与DDAC复配后,降低了悬浮液的Zeta电位,但却提高了体系的空间位阻效应,当悬浮液体系的pH值为8~11范围内时,体系的稳定性提高。 The dispersion stability of organic montmorillonite (OMMT) suspension with DDAC and its compound with other dispersants was characterized through gravity sedimentation and Zeta-potential methods, and the effect of different pH value on OMMT suspension was also studied. The results showed that with the increasing DDAC content, the stability of OMMT suspension was first increased and then decreased the Zetapotential of OMMT suspension with compound dispersants was reduced, while the dispersibility of OMMT particles was improved by the extra steric effect besides, the stability of OMMT suspension was strongly influenced by pH value, and the best dispersion was obtained when the pH value was within 8 - 11.
