摘要
为准确检测飞机钛合金构件的热损伤程度,确定其热损伤范围,依据电导率检测原理,分析热损伤材料的组织结构变化与电导率的关系;选用TA4、TC9为试验材料进行热损伤模拟试验,对材料在不同温度下的力学性能、电导率与加热温度的关系进行分析。试验结果表明,TA4、TC9的强度、硬度和电导率值随温度的上升呈单调变化趋势。
For testing and repairing burned damage of titanium alloy for the aircraft structures, determining the burned region. The relation was analysed between the microstructure of material and electric conductivity according to the prince of testing electric conductivity. Titanium alloys of TA4 and TC9 were carried out. The relationship between mechanical performance and electric conductivity at different temperatures were studied. The experimental results indicate that the strength and hardness and electric conductivity were changed clearly. The electric conductivity could be defined as a damage paramater of burned titanium alloy.
