摘要
由于原始材料性能分散性及制造工艺中各种因素的交叉影响,导致复合材料层合板的力学性能具有较大的分散性。文中基于随机场理论,利用局部平均法对复合材料单层板的模量分散性进行数值研究。其中考虑纤维和基体模量、纤维体积分数以及纤维方向角的随机性,且对纤维提出"各向异性"相关函数,分析各随机变量对单层板等效模量分散性的影响。所得结论对改进工艺及制定试验标准有一定参考意义。
Because of the dispersion of original material properties and the interaction influence of various factors in manufacturing, the mechanical properties of laminated composites are fluctuated acutely. Based on the random field theory, the nmnerical investigation into the modulus discrepancy for single-layer composite plates is performed by means of random field discretization. Considering the uncertainty of modules of fibers and matrix, fibers' volume fraction and fiber direction, an "anisotropy" correlation function is used to describe the characteristic of modulus correlation in fibers, and the effect of various random parameters is analyzed on the discrepancy of equivalent modulus for single-layer composite plates. The present results are meaningful to the manufacturing improvement and establishment of experiment standards.
