摘要
根据空气动力学与工程热力学理论,研究了潜艇气动液压平衡式水下武器发射系统发射武器时喷注过程的空气动力特性。分析了高压气体在气瓶与气缸之间的流动特性,在近似条件下建立了作为发射动力源的质量流量变化率方程。利用Lighthill方程,结合空气动力特性,对发射过程中高压气体的声学特性进行了讨论,分析了气瓶初始压力、气瓶容积、发射气道因素对发射噪声的影响,并提出了噪声控制的方案。
The aerodynamic characteristic of compressed air injection process is researched for hydraulic and balanceable underwater weapon launching system based on the theory of aerodynamics and thermodynamics. The dynamic behavior of high pressure air from pressure vessel to cylinder is analyzed, and the formula of air mass flow rate is obtained in a good approximation. The high pressure gas acoustic characteristic is discussed based on LighthiU equation. Then the influences of origin pressure of vessel, the volume of vessel, and the exhaust port on launching noise are analyzed, and the noise control method is given.
