摘要
利用Markov链的无后效性对降级再用、维修再用、部件再用、部件翻新、零件再造、材料再生和废弃处置等7种状态,建立相应的回收处理预测模型.对产品回收状态,包括时间、数量和质量进行预测,并将这些模型应用到计算机的回收处理.通过模型求解,可以帮助管理者考察各目标的实现程度及差距,有利于企业改进产品设计.
Forecasting models corresponding to seven recycling process states,i.e.degradation,repair,parts reusing,parts renovation,component refurbish,recycle and disposal,were presented based on the non-after-effect of Markov chain.Then,returned states of products including time,quantity and quality were forecasted.Applied in the computer,the solution of the models can help the manager examine the extent and gap of goals realization and improve the design of products.
