通过抓斗机合抓减速机检修中发现的减速机齿轮产生的点蚀现象,结合抓斗机在使用过程中的频繁超载,分析了抓斗机减速机齿轮产生点蚀的原因,从而制定出抓斗机合理操作的相对措施。

On the basis of gears pitting corrosion phenomenon on reducer and in accordance with frequent overloading of grab machine,the author has analyzed the causes of gears pitting corrosion on reducer of grab machine and formulated the relative measure of reasonable operating grab machine.
