摘要
采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术分析滩羊双羔系和单羔系血红蛋白(Hb)多态性的差异.结果表明,Hb位点鉴别出的两个等位基因HbA和HbB控制着三种表现型(基因型),其中实验组28只产双羔家系滩羊的基因型频率比对照组的62只产单羔家系滩羊的基因型频率HbAA低1.27%,HbAB低9.56%,HbBB高10.83%,而基因频率实验组比对照组的HbA低6%,HbB高6%,因而两组的基因型频率和基因频率均有差异.
Using polyacrylamide gel
electrophoresis technique, the difference on hemoglobin(Hb) of tan sheep between twins strain
and single lamb strain is analysed. The result shows that two alleles, such as Hb A and Hb B,
are identified from Hb locus and the alleles control three phenotype (genotype). The experiment
shows that 28 twins tan sheep strain control group's genotype frequency is 1.27% lower in
HbAA, 9.56% lower in HbAB and 10.83% higher in HbBB than that 62 single lamb tan sheep
strain group's perspectively. Also, the former's gene frequency is 6% lower in Hb A and 6%
higher in Hb B than the later's. So, there is some difference between two group's genotype and
gene frequency.
