摘要
服务创新对于服务企业竞争力和国家经济增长具有重要的作用。基于服务创新动力模型,通过宁波80家物流企业的调查数据,从外部动力和内部动力2个方面分析物流企业服务创新动力的现状,总结出创新动力中的薄弱环节,提出了相应的建议。
Service innovation plays an important role in the competency of the service firm and the economic growth of the nation.Based on the dynamic model and eighty logistics enterprises’survey data,this paper analyses the current status of the logistics industry service innovation driving factors from internal and external impetus.Based on the above,the paper summarizes the weak link in the innovation driving factors and puts forward some countermeasures.
