摘要
临床检验业务流程直接影响临床医生的诊断质量,是医院市场竞争力的一个重要影响因素。综合分析了国内外临床检验业务流程优化的模式和方法,指出了国内目前存在的问题,并借鉴国外优点提出了相关建议。
The business process of clinical laboratory tests has direct impact on diagnostic quality of clinicians, which is one of important influence factors of hospital market competitiveness. The paper comprehensive analyzed the patterns and methods of process optimization in clinical tests, pointed out the problems and put forward some suggestions.
