政府购买社区卫生服务成绩 问题与战略——以广西壮族自治区为个案

Performance,Problems and Strategies of Community Health Services Purchased by Government:Results from Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region

广西政府购买社区卫生服务的政策试点已经取得阶段性的成果。现存的问题:一是试点工作"点"的数量不足;二是试点工作"试"的深度不够;三是试点的前奏条件与后续保障机制没有建立健全。建议局部试点与全局推广必须构建三位一体的推行模式。

The pilot policy of community health services purchased by Guangxi government has achieved initial results. Existing problems are： First, the number of pilot communities is insufficient; second, the depth of pilot ＂test＂ is not enough; third, the prelude conditions and the follow - up ensuring mechanism is not completely established. It is suggested that the local and full promotion should carried on triune implementation model.
