摘要
在对各国包装废弃物限制法规及国际环境管理制度ＩＳＯ１４００研究的基础上，提出了我国《包装废弃物管理法》的框架。
On the base of studying the restricting rules of package wastes of some countries and the managing system of international environment (ISO14000),the frame of 《Management of Package Wastes》 in China is put forward.
