摘要
调查湖北汉族人群耵聍表型分布、基因频率,计算基因频率,进行u检验和χ2检验,探讨湖北省汉族人群耵聍表型分布的特点.结果表明,湖北汉族人群耵聍表型分布以干型为主,干型基因频率为0.8561,湿型基因频率为0.1439,耵聍表型分布和基因频率在性别间没有差异,在地区间有显著差异.耵聍类型的分布具有地域性,湖北汉族人群耵聍类型的分布与其它地区汉族人群相比均有差异,且有一定的规律.
Indicate cerumen type and gene frequency of han population in Hubei.Calculation of gene frequencies for u test and χ 2test.The result show that with dry ceruse the main of han population in Hubei,dry-type gene frequency of 0.856 1,the wet-type gene frequency of 0.143 9.Gene frequencies of cerumen type of han populations in Hubei have no difference in gender,but significant difference in the different region.Distribution of cerumen type is regional,it were different that distribution of cerumen types in Hubei han population compared with other han population,and there is a certain regularity.
