拓展训练对汶川地震重灾区大学生心理健康影响的实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 运用文献资料法、实验法和心理测量法对汶川地震重灾区几所高校学生进行为期4个月的心理拓展训练,研究其在拓展训练前后的心理健康指标的变化.结果表明:地震重灾区大学生的心理健康问题具有普遍性和严重性;素质拓展训练使地震重灾区大学生的不良心理症状明显减轻;心理健康重建是一个长期的过程. Mainly through the methods of literature, experiment and psychological measurement, experiments of Outward Bound are carried out on college students in the hardest disaster three months after Wenchuan earthquakes in order to research the change of the development of mental health indicators before and after training. The results show that psychological problems that the college students are suffering after the earthquake are serious and universal; the adverse psychological symptoms of the students significantly reduce after the training; the mental health rebuilding is a long-term process.
