摘要
目的建立测定盐酸特比萘芬含量的方法。方法采用非水电位滴定法,以冰醋酸-醋酐为溶剂,用0.1mol·L-1高氯酸滴定液滴定,以玻璃电极为指示电极、饱和甘汞电极为参比电极,用电位法指示终点。结果滴定突跃明显,重复测定同一批样品,其含量的RSD为0.10%(n=6)。结论非水电位滴定法简便快速,准确度高,精密度好,可作为盐酸特比萘芬的含量测定方法 。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of terbinafine hydrochloride.METHODS Nonaqueous potentiometric titration was used for assay.To dissolve the sample with mixture of anhydrous acetic acid and acetic anhydride,to titrate sample with perchloric acid(0.1mol·L-1).Glass electrode was used as the indicator electrode and saturated calomel electrode was used as the reference electrode.The end point of the titration was determined by potentiometry method.RESULTS The jump was evident.Determined the same sample for six times,the relative standard deviation of content was 0.10%(n=6).CONCLUSION The method was sample,rapid,accurate and precise,it can be used for the determination of terbinafine hydrochloride.
