α-玉米赤霉醇对去卵巢大鼠子宫、阴道形态学变化的影响

Effects of α-zearalanol on pathology of uterus and vagina in ovariectomied rats

目的观察α-玉米赤霉醇(α-ZAL)对去卵巢大鼠子宫、阴道形态学变化的影响。方法采用6月龄雌性SD大鼠40只,30只行双侧卵巢切除术,随机分为模型组、雌二醇组、α-ZAL组,每组10只;另10只为假手术组。术后3周开始给药,给药12周后收集标本。测量子宫指数,采用病理组织学观察子宫、阴道组织形态。结果α-ZAL可提高子宫指数,但对子宫内膜的促增生作用弱于雌二醇。结论α-ZAL能抑制子宫及阴道萎缩,但对于子宫内膜刺激性较雌二醇小,可能作为一种选择性雌激素受体调节剂而发挥作用。

Objective To study the effects of α-zearalanol on pathology of uterus and vagina in ovariectomied rats.Methods Forty six-month old female Sprague-Dawley rats were used,30 of them were ovariectomized and randomly divided into 3 groups： model group,estradiol group and α-ZAL group,the others were sham group.The rats began to take drugs in the fourth week after the operation.The rats were sacrificed after 12 weeks of treatment,and the uterus and vagina were collected to inspect.The uterus index and vagina index were calculated,and the pathology of uterus was observed with the HE stain.Results The results indicated that α-ZAL could increase uterus and vagina index.α-ZAL had slighter effect on uterus enlarging in ovariectomized rats compared with estradiol.Conclusion α-ZAL can inhibit atrophy of uterus and vagina,and has less stimulation on uterus than estradiol.
