高师院校思想政治理论课教师队伍建设存在问题与原因分析

Teachers Staff Construction of Ideological and Political Theory Class:Existing Problems and Causes

该文以吉林省高师院校思想政治理论课教师队伍为研究对象,通过调查分析,教师队伍建设上存在的问题主要表现在:在职称上教授少,学历上具有博士学位的少,从业人数少;青年骨干少,缺少学科带头人;教学任务重,科研时间少;外出培训学习和走访参观的机会少;配套资金少;教学方法单一,知识结构有待提高等问题。对此问题进行原因分析,有利于加强和完善思想政治理论教师队伍建设。

The article takes the teachers staff of ideological and political theory class as the object of study,by the investigation and analysis,the exiting problems on the construction of teachers staff mainly in：fewer professor,fewer doctor,the small number of practitioners;fewer young backbone teachers,the lack of academic leaders;more teaching tasks and less scientific research time;fewer learning,training and visiting opportunities;fewer matching funds;the teaching method is single,knowledge structure need to be improved and so on.Analysis of these issues will help to strengthen and improve the construction of the teacher staff of ideological and political theory class.
