在热休克反应中大白鼠肝脏HSP70表达的免疫组织化学研究 被引量:6

摘要 用免疫组织化学方法研究了大白鼠肝脏在46℃热休克30min后恢复期(2.5~72hr)内HSP70的表达定位和动态变化及不同温度(42、44和46℃)处理30min、恢复12hr后HSP70的表达。结果表明:(1)HSP70主要定位于肝细胞的细胞质中;(2)在肝小叶中,阳性细胞多集中于中央静脉周围;(3)46℃处理30min、恢复8~12hr,HSP70表达量最多;(4)不同温度热休克处理30min、恢复12hr表明,46℃处理组诱导大白鼠肝细胞表达HSP70最多。用体视学方法对实验组的HSP70表达进行了定量组织学分析。 The location and dynamics of HSP70 expression in rat hepar was studied with immunohistochemistry, which were treated under different temperature (42、44、46℃) for 30min and different recovery time (2.5~72hr). The results show: (1)In a hepatic lobule, HSP70 locats in cell plasma; (2)HSP70 is easy to express in the cells nearby centrul vein; (3)Recover for 8-12hr after treatment of 46℃ for 30min, the synthesis of HSP70 reaches climax; (4)The results of heat shock under different temperature (42、44、46℃ for 30min) and recovery (25℃ for 12hr) suggest that HSP70 was induced largely in hepatocytes at 46℃. The sterological methods was used to analysis the quantitative HSP70 expression.
