沈阳市燃煤锅炉脱硫除尘设施存在问题及对策研究

结合沈阳市大气环境污染控制和污染物总量减排的需要,针对当前全市燃煤锅炉存在的小型污染源数量多、污染重,大型污染源负荷高、管理弱的现状,提出了"拆小、治大、强化管理"的沈阳市燃煤锅炉整治对策,并提出了实施燃煤锅炉脱硫除尘设施淘汰及推荐制度的建议。

Combined with the requirement of air pollution control and pollutants discharge in Shenyang, and according to the current situation of lots of small and heavy polluted Coal-burned Boilers and some high load and weak management Coal-burned Boilers, This paper gives some advices and countermeasures of dismantling small ones and renovating the large ones and at the same time emphasizing management about Coal-burned Boilers in Shenyang. In the end the paper gives some comments and suggestions about the implementation of elimination and nomination system about Coal-burned Boilers to improve air quality in Shenyang.
