参政资源是民主党派履行参政党职能的根本前提。民主党派参政议政的资源内容丰富,构成复杂,是一个包含基础性资源、运行性资源和保障性资源等在内的综合性系统。民主党派进行参政议政过程也是其不断消耗自身资源的过程,积极加强民主党派作为参政党的建设,必须促进其参政议政资源体系的优化,在做到始终坚持中国共产党领导的前提下,积极加强参政理论建设,培育参政人才,完善参政议政的各项法律制度,积极借鉴西方政治文明中的有益经验。

The political participation resources are the prerequisites for the implimentation of the function of political participation by the democratic parties.Their resources are rich and the compositions are complex.Their systems are comprehensive,induding basic resources,operational resources and guarantee resources.The process of the democratie parties＇ participating in politics is the process of consuming their resources.The promotion of the construction of the democratic parties requires the optimization of their resources.Under the precondition of sticking to the leadership of Communist Party of China,we must strengthen the theoretical construction of political participation,cultivate the political participation talents,perfect the various law systems,and learn from the useful experiences from the western political civilization.
