On the Way to Improve the Higher Vocational Teachers' Quality

高等职业院校承担着培养出具有较高政治素质,较强技术能力、动手能力,有一定适应性与创造性的高技能人才的重任,高职院校的教师是实现这一人才培养目标的关键因素。高职院校的教师必须在职业道德和职业技能方面下苦功,不断提升自身素质,努力成为"双师型"教师,才更有利于培养出合格的人才,不负党和国家的重托。

Higher Vocational Institutes bear the task of training those talents who have the high political quality,strong technical skills and capability and certain flexibility and creativity,while teachers in those institutes are the key to realize this target. Therefore,they have to make efforts in professional morals and skills, improve their selfquality continuously and try their best to become the ＂dual teachers＂,which is more beneficial to cultivate qualified talents.
