摘要
电动直立床广泛应用于康复行业中,对于患者的恢复训练起到了重要作用。文章利用大型ALGOR有限元分析软件对创新设计的电动直立床进行了有限元物理性能分析,得到了电动直立床极限位置的场量分布情况,根据分析结果得出电动直立床结构设计的合理性,可为电动直立床实际生产提供一定的理论依据和参考。
Electric vertical bed is widely used in the rehabilitation industry, which is important to resume training for the patient. In these paper, physical properties of the finite element is done for innovative design of the electric upright bed by applying large-scale finite element ALGOR analysis of software. The field distribution of the limit location for electric upright bed is obtained. According to the results, the reasonable structural design of electric upright bed is verified, thus providing a set of reference for the actual production of electric vertical bed.
