摘要
阐述了AJR型电控发动机传感器实验台的设计思路和结构特点。所完成制作的实验台既能直接检测各个传感器的静态参数,也能借助汽车诊断仪和示波器等仪器检测数据流和波形等动态参数,还能对相关传感器设置故障,为电控发动机标准信号的检测和故障诊断提供操作平台。最后对实验台进行了调试运行,运行结果表明实验台设计达到预期目标,能满足实际教学要求。
This paper introduces the design method and structures of the teaching test-bed of AJR auto- motive engine sensors. The test-bed not only examines each sensor's static parameter directly, but also uses tester and oscillograph to examine the data stream, the waveform, and so on. Besides the functions of the test- bed mentioned above, the sensors and the actuators malfunction diagnosis module are designed. The test-bed is debugged when completed, and the results show that the test-bed can achieve the desired goal, as well as meet the requirements of the actual teaching.
