摘要
利用紫露草花粉母细胞减数分裂过程中,因染色体受到诱变物影响而损伤后出现的微核频率作为指标,检测常州周边区域内的太湖水质,发现5号(周铁段)、1号(马山段)、3号(潘家段)的水质与对照组相比,经Duncan多重比较,在0.01水平上检测表现出的差异极为显著,具有较强的致突变性,是污染严重的区段,4号(竺山湖段)的水质在0.05水平上检测表现出差异显著,具有较弱的致突变性,而2号(雪堰段)在0.01和0.05水平上检测均未显示差异性,水质良好。引起这种状况的原因主要与当地的工业、生活、种植业、养殖业、水土流失、航运旅游、降雨降尘等外源和长期积存于湖底的淤泥等内源的二次污染有关。
In the process of meiosis, chromosome of tradescantia pollen mother cells became micronucleus because they were affected by the mutation. As a frequency indicator, the water quality of Taihu Lake five reaches around Changzhou region was detected and found out that No. 5 ( the reach of Zhoutie), No. 1 ( the reach of Mashan) ,No. 3 (the reach of Panjia) all demonstrated very significant difference and strong degeneration and all were heavily polluted. This detection was carried out at the 0.01 level by Duncan multiple range test, compared with the control group. No. 4 ( the reach of Zhushan Lake) demonstrates difference and weaker degeneration at the 0.05 level. No. 2 (the reach of Xueyan) doesn't demonstrate difference and is good water quality at the 0.01 and 0.05 level. Main reasons are connected with the local industry,life,farming, aquaculture, soil erosion, shipping tourism, rainfall, and long-term accumulation of dust silt at the bottom of lake.
