老年白血病患者Survivin基因表达及临床意义 被引量:1

The Survivin Gene Expression of Elderly Patients with Leukemia and Clinical Significance

摘要 目的探讨Survivin基因在老年白血病患者白血病细胞中的表达,并分析与预后的关系。方法应用RT-PCR对32例不同时期老年急性白血病(AL)患者及5例慢性淋巴细胞白血病患者的白血病细胞Survivin基因mRNA表达情况进行检测,以10例健康人作为对照。结果 32例老年AL患者白血病细胞Survivin mRNA阳性表达率为71.87%,急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)细胞Survivin mRNA表达率为71.42%与急性非淋巴细胞白血病(ANLL)细胞76%的表达率比较差异无统计学意义,二者均高于对照组(χ2=5.90、6.81,P<0.05)。初治和复发AL患者白血病细胞Survivin mRNA阳性表达率分别为78.01%、84.15%,明显高于对照组(χ2=12.61、9.23,P<0.05),老年慢性淋巴细胞白血病患者的白血病细胞中无Survivin表达。结论老年急性白血病的发生、发展可能与Survivin基因的过度表达密切相关。 Objective To investigate the survivin gene expression in leukemia cells of elderly patients with leukemia,and analysis the factors of prognostic.Methods 32 patients with different stages of acute leukemia(AL)and 5 patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia were divided into observation group,10 healthy people were divided into control group.The expression of survivin mRNA in leukemia cells was detected by RT-PCR.Results The expression of Survivin mRNA was 71.87% in acute leukemia(AL)cells,the expression of Survivin mRNA was 71.42% in acute lymphoblastic leukemia(ALL)cells,and the expression of Survivin mRNA was 76% in acute non-lymphocytic leukemia(ANLL)cells,the differences had no statistical significance,but the expression of Survivin mRNA were higher than the control group(χ^2 = 5.90,6.81,P〈0.05).The expression of Survivin mRNA was 78.01% and 84.15% in leukemia cells of newly diagnosed and relapsed acute leukemia patients,significantly higher than the control group(χ^2=12.61,9.23,P〈0.05).Leukemia cells without Survivin expression in Elderly patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia.Conclusion The incidence and development of acute leukemia may be closely related to overexpression of Survivin gene.
