摘要
为了适应日趋恶化的电磁环境,迫切要求提高以微电子技术为核心的各种电子引信的抗电磁干扰能力。文章以地雷电子引信为例,分析了电子引信技术的发展,工作原理及其抗电磁干扰技术,进行了新型抗电磁干扰材料的设计和研究。采用自制的模拟电子引信,研究了在强微波辐射场中的电子引信的保护和失效问题。试验结果表明强的电磁辐射可以使电路失效,新型抗电磁干扰材料对电磁波表现出良好的屏蔽效果,提高了电子引信的抗电磁干扰能力。
In order to adapt the increasing deterioration of the electromagnetic environment,to improve the antielectromagnetism interference ability of electronic fuzes made by microelectronic technology is urgently.The paper intrduce the development of electronic fuse,analyze the working principle and anti electromagnetic interference technology.Design a new type of anti-electromagnetic interference and research the materials Adopt homemade analog electronics fuse,studied the electronic protection and failtures under the microwave radiation.The results show that the electromagnetic shield coating has a good shielding effectiveness;it can protect the electronics fuse on strong electromagnetic radiation in short time.
