天麻胶囊质量标准中补充检验布洛芬的方法

Supplementary inspection of ibuprofen in quality standards of Tianma Jiaonang

目的研究天麻胶囊中非法加入布洛芬的检测方法。方法对A企业的天麻胶囊中非法添加的布洛芬采用TLC、HPLC-DAD方法进行检验,并采用HPLC-MS法进行确认。结果建立的方法能够鉴别并确认添加的布洛芬。结论该方法适用于中成药中检测非法加入布洛芬的成分。

Objective To establish a method to identify illegally ibuprofen added in Tianma Jiaonang using TLC and HPLC-DAD.Methods We identified the ibuprofen which was added in Tianma Jiaonang artificially by TLC and HPLC-DAD,and then confirmed the results by HPLC-MS.Results Ibuprofen could be identified by the method.Conclusion The method is suitable for the qualitative detection of added illegally ibuprofen in Chinese patent medicine.
