摘要
采用四硼酸锂-偏硼酸锂为混合熔剂,以高温融片的制样方法,用波长色散x射线荧光光谱仪测定萤石中的CaF、SiO、FeO、S、P、KO等成分。本法操作简便快速,测定精密度高,结果与化学分析法一致。
Lithium tetraborate and lithium metaborate were used as mixed flux.The samples were prepared from the method of high-temperature fusion.The CaF 、SiO2、Fe2O3、S、P、K2O in the fluorite were detected by wavelength dispersive x-ray fluorescence spectrometer.This method is simple,rapid,high precision and the results consistent with the chemical analysis method.
