略论中国近代邮政主权的收回

On the Withdrawal of Modern Chinese Post Sovereignty

中国近代邮政脱胎于海关,由于历史的原因,邮政主权一直被帝国主义把持。特别是"客邮"的开办,不但破坏中国邮政主权,而且侵害中国海关经济。中国历届政府和人民为收回邮政主权作出了不懈的努力,通过开办国家邮政,统一邮政管理,加入万国邮联,签订外交约章等多种努力,最终撤销了"客邮",统一了邮权,推动了中国近代邮政事业的发展。

Modem Chinese post emerged from the Customs, but due to some historical reasons ,post sovereignty has been dominated by the imperialist countries. The starting of ＂Customer post＂, particularly ,not only destroyed Chi- nese post sovereignty, but also infracted Chinese customs economy. Chinese successive governments and people have made tireless efforts to withdraw post sovereignty, by offering national post, unifying post administration, join- ing the UPU, signing foreign charter and so on, our country canceled ＂ customer post＂ finally, unified the post, and propelled the modem Chinese post service forward.
