摘要
以N,N′-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(NMBA)为交联剂、过硫酸铵-焦亚硫酸钠氧化-还原体系为引发剂,采用新型水溶液聚合法制备了PAA/PAMPS水凝胶。考察了单体浓度、丙烯酸中和度对凝胶吸液性能的影响,并与传统共混水溶液聚合法制备的凝胶的吸液性能进行了对比。实验结果表明,AMPS用量为40%、中和度为75%的水凝胶的吸液性能较好,吸水倍率达976g/g,吸盐水倍率为75g/g,而采用传统方法制备的凝胶的吸水倍率为380g/g,吸盐水倍率为52g/g。采用FTIR及SEM对样品的结构及形貌进行了表征。
P(acrylic acid)/P(2-acrylamido 2-methylpropanesulfonic acid) (PAA/PAMPS) hydrogels are synthesized by a novel two-step aqueous solution Dolymerization with N, N'-methylenebisacrylamide (NMBA) as erosslinker, (NH4) S2O8-Na2S2O5 oxidative-redox system as initiator. The effects of monomer concentration and neutralization de- gree of acrylic acid on the gel swelling properties are investigated and compared water swelling properties with the hy- drogels synthesized by traditional copolymerization method. The results show that when the amount of AMPS is 40% and neutralization degree of acrylic acid is 75%, the gel swelling properties is excellent, the water swelling ratio reaehs 976g/g and the swelling ratio of 0.9% NaCl solution is 75g/g, while the water swelling ratio and NaC1 solution swelling ratio of hydrogel synthesized by traditional method are 380g/g and 52g/g respectively. The structure and morphology of superabsorhent composites are also characterized by FTIR spectra and SEM.
