摘要
从应用型高校和青年教师的特点出发,分析了应用型高校青年教师职业发展中存在的机遇和困难,并提出了积极开展职业规划,促进青年教师成长的相关对策。
Based on characteristics of application-oriented universities and young teachers, opportunities and difficulties in career of young teachers in such universities are analyzed, and measures such as active career planning are proposed to foster the maturity of young teachers.
