对乳腺癌患者实施手术室整体护理的应用研究

The Application Research of the General Tendance in Operation Room to the Patients Selecting Time Surgery

目的通过护理程序的修改,提供优质护理,让患者在身心等方面的全面护理下恢复和保持健康。方法本组病例随机分为对照组和观察组,观察组采用系统化整体护理方法,对患者手术前后存在或潜在的护理问题进行评估、评价,有计划、有针对性地进行护理干预。结果两组患者并发症发生率,对照组76.9%,观察组33.3%,两组比较P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论本方法在一定程度上对手术的安全感,减轻患者的焦虑和不安,有良好的积极作用。

Objective To keep mental and physical healthy and recover,we through tendance procedure according to the patients physical,mental condition and cultural need,and provide high quality tendance.Methods The cases randomly divided into control group and treatment group .The treat group used systemical tendance methods,including pre-operation interview,the mental tendance through operation,the position nursing,comfortable nursing and the follow-up visit after operation.evaluate and implement the patients＇ protential issues before or after operation,and intervene pertinencely.Results Two groups both had complications,the rates in control group is 76.9%,the treatment group is 33.3%.The discrepancy has statistic meaning（P〈0.05）.The patients＇ blood pressure and heart rates in treatment group in 30 min and 5 min before operation is lower than the control group.The discrepancy has statistic meaning（P〈0.05）.The discrepancy in the satisfaction evaluation in two groups is obvious （P〈0.001）.Conclusion This new nursing method is a effective and feasible method.It has science basis and increase the patients＇ safe sense to the operation,and also can decrease the anxiety and worried about the operation.It can ease the patients to cooperate with the treatment.
