摘要
目的对后尿道闭合性损伤的治疗方法进行分析探讨,以期提高治疗水平。方法对40例后尿道闭合性损伤患者的临床资料观察研究,通过对其临床表现以及治疗方法、治疗依据的研究,并对预后情况进行观察。结果经过药物与手术治疗,40例患者皆取得较为满意的治疗的效果,且并发症发病率较低。结论后尿道闭合性损伤的情况较为复杂,治疗中要根据患者的不同情况,选择恰当的方式进行治疗,才能取得良好的疗效。
Objective For posterior urethral sag analysis method of treatment,in order to improve the therapeutic level.Methods 73 cases of patients with posterior urethral blunt injury the clinical data of observational studies,through its clinical manifestations and treatment methods,according to the research and treatment of observing the prognosis.Results After drugs and surgical treatment,73 patients were satisfied with the treatment are obtained,and the effect of low incidence of complications.Conclusions Posterior urethral blunt injury situation is relatively complex,treatment,according to the different situations,patients with appropriate ways to achieve good treatment.
