医院感染管理问题的现状与对策

Current Status of Hospital Infection Management and Countermeasures

目的探讨当前医院感染管理问题的现状与对策。方法选取深圳市龙岗区坪地人民医院自2005年1月至2009年12月的医院感染患者80例,系统观察当前医院感染管理方面存在的问题,并组织全院医师探讨交流,找到问题产生的原因,提出解决问题的方案。结果找到了产生问题的原因,并提出了解决方案。结论医院感染的管理理念我们要与时俱进,改变传统的不科学、不规范的方式与方法,既要控制好医院感染,又不过度防护,从而减少浪费,节省能源,科学有效地做好医院感染管理工作。

Objective Discuss the current status of hospital infection management and countermeasures.Method Longgang distrct Pingdi people＇s hospital from January 2005 to December 2009 80 cases of hospital infection,and the effect the current management of hospital infection problems,and the organization Doctors of the whole exchange,to find the causes,propose solutions problem.Results Found the cause of the problem and proposed solutions.Conclusion Hospital infection management philosophy with the times we have to change the traditional scientific,non-standard ways and means,both good control infection,not over-protective,reducing waste,saving energy,scientific and effective manner good hospital infection.
