摘要
对甲氧基苯乙酮与苯甲醛或对甲氧基苯甲醛和芳香胺在0~35℃和催化量浓盐酸存在下可直接发生Mannich反应,生成了相应的Mannich碱(Ⅰ)———1,3二芳基3芳氨基丙酮,共合成16个新的有机化合物,产率为50%~90%.产物结构经IR,1HNMR,MS鉴定.并用正交实验法研究了反应的适宜条件.
Under the catalytic amount of concentrated hydrochloric acid,the Mannich reaction of p methoxyacetophenone,benzaldehyde or p methoxybenzaldehyde and arylamines can be carried out directly at 0~35℃.Sixteen corresponding Mannich bases(Ⅰ)——1,3 diaryl 3 (arylamino) propanones,were prepared with 50%~90%yield.All of these Mannich bases(Ⅰ) are new compounds,their structures were confirmed by IR,MS, 1HNMR.The reaction conditions were also discussed by orthogonal designing method.
