摘要
新疆哈密球团合金厂,二期60万t氧化球团用传统PID调节控制方式,难以克服窑温波动大,反应速度慢的缺点,为了适应生产的需要,2008年6月回转窑温度控制引入了模糊控制系统,有效地克服了传统单一PID的缺点,使控制系统具有反应速度快、稳定性好等优点。
In Phase Ⅱ , Hami Pellet & Alloy produces 0.6 million ton acid pellet per year. The rotary kiln was controlled by traditional PID system that demonstrated shortages such as great temperature fluctuation within kiln, slow reaction speed of PID system. To overcome such shortages, the fuzzy control system has been introduced in June of 2008 into control system of kiln. The new control system possesses advantages of high reaction speed and good stability.
