基于云计算的高等院校信息化建设策略研究

A Research on Strategic Construct of Informationization for Colleges and Universities Based on Cloud Computing

信息化是现阶段我国高等院校的发展趋势,云计算是现阶段合理利用资源加快高校信息化推进步伐的有效技术。文章分析了我国国内高等院校信息化的现状和信息化建设中存在的问题,针对性论述了将云计算应用于高等院校教学、科研和校园管理等方面的作用,并根据云计算的特点,提出了基于云计算的高等院校信息化建设策略。文章结果表明,云计算在高等院校信息化建设中的应用能够加快我国高校教学改革和信息化建设的步伐,推动整个教育信息化建设的进程。

Informationization is the developmental trend of colleges and universities in China at present. Cloud computing is the effective technology for making use of resources at this stage to speed up the pace of information technology of colleges and universities. This paper analyzes the status of national institutions for informationization and problems existed, discusses the role of cloud computing will be applied in teaching, research and school management of institutions, and in accordance with the characteristics of cloud computing proposes the strategy for informationization based on cloud computing of colleges and universities. The results show that the application of cloud computing in colleges and universities could accelerate the education reform and the pace of informationization, and promote the process informationization throughout the education.
