摘要
介绍自我调节学习理论。培养高等学校青年教师自我调节学习能力有六种途径,即提高教学和科研的自我效能感;确立适当的教学和科研目标;运用自我调节学习策略;对成败进行积极的归因;对教学和科研成果进行直接而及时的反馈;建立有效的激励机制。
With the progress of society,living background of human beings changes rapidly and scientific knowledge keeps increasing at a high speed.Learning to study is the only way to adapt oneself to the changes.The theory of self-regulated learning is originated from the social background which emphasizes the freedom of self-selection and self-determination.The present study focuses on the connotation of self-regulated learning competence and self-regulated learning competence training of young teachers in higher education institutions.Six ways of self-regulated learning competence are presented: 1) to improve self-efficacy of teaching and research;2) to set proper goals of teaching and research;3) to use self-regulated strategies;4) to attribute to success and failure positively;5) to give the feedback of teaching and research directly in time;6) to set up effective motive rules.
