摘要
通过问卷调查法和关键行为事件访谈法构建民办高校任课教师的胜任力模型,以该模型的具体指标为基础,应用AHP和TOPSIS相结合的方法对民办高校任课教师进行综合评价。该模型及评价结果能够应用于民办高校任课教师的招聘、培训以及绩效评价之中。
This study constructs the competency model of teachers in civilian-run universities by questionnaires and behavioral event interview(BEI).Based on the competency model,it evaluates the teachers' competencies by using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) and technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution(TOPSIS).The model and the evaluation results can be applied in the recruitment,training and performance evaluation of teachers in civilian-run universities.
